Ideal for cutting gardens, this mix includes a wide range of vivid colors on sturdy, branching plants. Direct Sowing: Sow seeds outdoors after the danger of frost has passed and the soil has warmed to at least 70°F. Plant seeds 1/4 inch deep and 2–3 inches apart in well-draining soil. Keep the soil moist during germination, which takes 5–10 days. Thin seedlings to 6–12 inches apart once established. Provide full sun and water regularly, especially in dry spells. Deadheading spent blooms encourages new flowers all season long.
