Harvesting: Harvest sunflower sprouts when they are about 2–3 inches tall, typically 7–10 days after planting. The leaves should be fully expanded and vibrant green, with the hulls easily removable from the sprouts. Use clean scissors to snip the sprouts just above the soil line, then rinse and pat dry.
