How to Grow: To grow Pea – Green microgreens, begin by spreading the seeds evenly across a shallow tray filled with a well-draining soil mix. Lightly press the seeds into the soil and mist the surface to ensure it stays moist. Cover the tray with a lid or another tray to create a dark and humid environment for germination. Keep the tray at a temperature between 55°F and 70°F and mist daily to maintain moisture. After 3–5 days, remove the cover and place the tray in indirect sunlight or under grow lights to encourage strong growth and healthy shoots.

Harvesting: Harvest the Pea – Green microgreens when they are about 1–2 inches tall, typically 7–14 days after planting. The microgreens will have tender, bright green leaves and a sweet, pea-like fragrance. To harvest, use clean scissors to snip the microgreens just above the soil line. Rinse gently with cool water, pat dry, and add them to salads, sandwiches, or wraps for a fresh, crunchy addition to your meals.
