How to Grow: To grow Kohlrabi – Purple Vienna microgreens, evenly scatter the seeds over a shallow tray filled with well-draining soil. Keep the temperature between 60°F and 75°F, and mist daily to maintain moisture. To harvest, use clean scissors to cut the microgreens just above the soil line.
